La Sobremesa Bistrot in Ibiza is a great place to relax and enjoy a good meal. Luigi was especially kind and made the experience even better. He was attentive without being overbearing and gave helpful suggestions for both food and wine. You can tell he cares about the guests and the overall experience. The food was fresh and well-prepared. Each dish had clear, balanced flavors and was served with care. It’s the kind of place where you’re encouraged to take your time and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. If you’re in Ibiza and looking for a quiet, friendly spot with quality food and service, La Sobremesa is worth a visit.
Wonderful, delicate Italien food. You can’t miss it! The interior design is beautiful, with very good taste of music. The fish is 100% fresh and cooked with just- right magic.
A really lovely spot for great food and drinks. We had the oysters, focaccia, and prawns—all were super tasty and well done. The wine list had some great options too. We live locally so often find it hard to come across places that truly stand out, but this is one we’ll definitely be coming back to.

What a special gem in Ibiza Town… Living here for the past two years I’ve craved an incredible place to walk to from the Dalt Villa and here it is. If you love Italian this is the place to go - Best on the island !!!
